The Coachai High-Performance Academy is designed for Rugby League, Rugby Union and all other field-based sports, with programmes tailored for athletes 12 years and above. Our comprehensive training approach focuses on overall performance and wellbeing through specialized areas including Strength & Conditioning, Explosive Speed and Power, and Speed Mechanics.
Our academy offers diverse training modalities to maximize athletic potential: Athlete Programs specifically designed for competitive sports performance, Personal Training for individualized coaching, and Functional Fitness that translates directly to on-field performance.
